ATC Office of Student Affairs Online Advisement

ATC Counselors/Advisors are available for online advising on Mondays and Wednesdays to work with students who are on the go and would like an instant response to general questions or guidance through certain processes.
Online Advisement Hours of Operation:

Mondays: 9:30am – 11:00am, 2:00pm – 3:30pm

Wednesdays: 10:00am – 12:00pm, 4:00pm – 5:30pm

Online advising is designed to be no more than 10-15 minutes. We utilize Blackboard Collaborate Ultra.

The Chrome or Mozilla Firefox web-browsers are highly recommended. Not all Blackboard products are available through mobile applications.

When ATC counselors/advisors are not available, send a request by clicking “Request Information” on the home page and a counselor/advisor will contact you via email or phone. Or, drop by the OOSA in building 10, Monday through Thursday, 7:00am – 6:00pm & Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm.
